Before establishing Source Trade, Ricardo performed sales, operations and finance roles with companies such as Barclays, Ace Insurance Group, Santander Totta, Altice, and El Corte Inglés with outstanding expertise in the TelCo, Insurance, Private Investing, Consulting, Manufacturing, Corporate Finance and Supply chain industries. Most recently as an experienced Global Sales Operations Manager, Ricardo has managed teams in over 3 continents, streamlining processes and strategies for North American and European large corporate customers.

Ricardo is married, a passionate and proficient reader, a former soccer player and on his personal time enjoys performing CrossFit challenges like the Murph’s, Helen’s and the Hansen’s workouts on his personal time.

Ricardo has a background in Finance and Accounting and holds a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from IMF Business School located in Madrid, Spain.
